Privacy Policy of the application «NiNo Quest»

This document describes the Privacy Policy of the application «NiNo Quest» (hereinafter – Application) regarding the use of personal data of the users (hereinafter – Users). This Privacy Policy sets out the purposes for which we process your personal data.

The term «Personal data» as used in this document is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or search for a person to whom such information relates.

1. We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure, and handling it in accordance with our legal obligations.
2. Users are not required to provide e-mail address, phone number or any other Personal data to use the Application. Authorization in the Application is optional.
3. For the users who have authorized in the app, we collect, process and use the data described below:
• the User identifier;
• information of started and completed quests;
• the User's answers to quest questions;
• the User's location while using the Application.
4. We use the data listed above:
   
• to track and present to the Users their progress of performing the quests in the Application;
• to find out how users perform in the quests, understand common mistakes and decide how to improve quality of the quests and the User experience of the Application.
5. We undertake not to disclose any Personal data about the User to third parties, except otherwise is required by applicable law.
